QuitSub Concierge · Done with you

Some subscriptions are built so you can't quit them. We quit them with you.

The gym that only cancels by phone. The alarm contract hiding as two separate bills. The "Pro" plan that's secretly two plans. When a company makes leaving a fight, a real person from QuitSub sits down with you and works through them line by line in one guided session — the calls, the letters, the disputes — so each one's cancelled or formally filed and you walk away with the confirmations.

🔒 We never touch your bank login. You stay in control the whole time.
Why you haven't cancelled these yet

The cancellations designed to make you give up

Finding what you are paying for is one problem — QuitSub solves that on your own device. Some of them are engineered so that actually leaving is the hard part — which is exactly where most people quit trying, and the charges just… keep coming.

You're not imagining it — cancelling is designed to be hard.
41%
can't even find how to cancel
32%
are forced to call and talk to a rep
29%
feel pressured to stay by the retention script
Survey of 1,091 people who cancelled subscriptions (A Closer Look, 2024). In their own words: reps “have a script to attempt talking you out of it and even try to upsell you.” That gauntlet is exactly what a Concierge session handles for you — so you don't have to.

The phone-only trap

No cancel button anywhere — you have to call, sit on hold, and out-talk a rep whose entire job is to keep you: the "wait, here's 50% off" gauntlet. We make the call with you and hold the line until it's actually cancelled.

The locked contract

Alarm and "home service" contracts run 3–5 years, and walking away can mean paying the whole remaining balance — while reps push a "$99 transfer" instead of a real cancel. We know the actual exit, and the dispute route when they won't budge.

The hidden double-bill

One cryptic line on your statement is often two products at once — a plan plus a seat, or a membership plus an "associate" fee you never meant to buy. We untangle which is which and kill only the right ones.

The renewal ambush

Cancel a day late and you're locked in for another year. Meal kits, antivirus, annual plans — each has its own hidden cutoff. We time it so you don't eat one more charge on the way out.

What Concierge is

A real person, in your corner, live

Concierge is done-with-you, not done-to-you. We get on a screen-share, go through your list together, and take on the ugly ones — the calls you've been dreading, the cancellation letters, the bank disputes when a company just won't let go.

You watch it happen

You're on the call the whole time. We do the talking, the typing, the fighting — you stay in control and watch each one get handled, with the confirmation to prove it.

We never touch your bank

You run your own scan in your own browser. On our call you share only your QuitSub results on screen — never your bank login, never your raw statement. It's help with the work, not access to your accounts.

We take the hardest cases

The phone mazes, the retention scripts, the "you have to mail a letter" runarounds, the disputes. The ones you'd give up on are exactly the ones we're here for.

You leave with proof

We don't take "it's processing" for an answer. In the session we get each one cancelled or formally submitted and grab the confirmation number — a real cancel, not a "pause" that quietly keeps billing. You walk away with proof in hand, not a promise to chase it later.

How it works

From dreading it to done — in one session

1

Run your scan

Drop in your statement and see everything you're paying, in minutes — private, parsed in your own browser, nothing uploaded. Free — the routes and the tap-to-build list cost nothing; reading your own statement is the one paid part.

2

Book a session

Tell us which ones you want gone. We quote you the exact price up front — no surprises.

3

We go live

On a call, we work down the list — making the calls, drafting the letters, dodging the retention traps, one by one.

4

You've got proof

You leave the session with a confirmation for each one we handled — cancelled or formally filed — and the bleeding stops. The money you just freed up is yours.

What it costs

Pay one month of what we cancel. Then keep every dollar.

No subscription, no retainer, no hourly meter running. One honest, one-time price — and it pays for itself almost immediately.

Tell us what you are up against.
A person reads it and replies with what it would take.
Quoted case by case
No scheduler, no deposit, no obligation — and if it is something you can finish yourself, we will tell you that instead and it costs you nothing.
There is no price list here because there is no standard job. Getting out of a five-year alarm contract with a balance owing is not the same problem as a gym that wants a certified letter. So we do not guess: you describe the situation, we tell you honestly whether we can help, what we would do, and what it would cost — in writing, before anything starts. If you decline, you owe nothing and we are not going to chase you.
What to put in the email

The company, roughly how long you have been paying, and what has already gone wrong — the call that went nowhere, the fee they are quoting, the letter they want. That is enough for a real answer.

Before anything starts. Nothing is charged until you have a written quote and you have agreed to it. There is no deposit to lose and no slot to forfeit — if plans change, tell us and that is the end of it.

Hard cases: three are included. A session includes up to 3 hard cancellations — the ones that need a phone call, a written letter, or a formal dispute. Past three, it's $45 per additional hard case, quoted before we start like everything else.

What follow-through means. For anything we submit rather than finish on the call, follow-through is one round of chasing per item. If a vendor stalls past that, we hand you the exact next step — we don't leave you guessing, and we don't pretend to chase it forever.

Only subscriptions on your most recent statement count. If something genuinely can't be cancelled, we tell you up front and leave it out of the price. Concierge is a guided session — you're paying for the work of cancelling line by line with you and with your consent, not an open-ended engagement or a guarantee that every charge vanishes. Some cancellations (disputes, contracts) run on the company's own timeline after the session, and no one can guarantee their decision.

This isn't theoretical
$7,771 / yr

The subscriptions our founder cancelled after building QuitSub on his own bank statement — plus $4,685 in charges he never should have been paying, disputed and credited back in full. Real, documented results. Concierge is the same fight, run for you.

The fights we've already won

The stuff people put off for years — this is what it took

🪤

An alarm "contract" our founder moved away from years ago kept billing as two separate arms — monitoring and equipment financing — so cancelling one never stopped the other. It took a written cancellation letter and a formal dispute. Five years of charges, $4,685, credited back in full.

👥

One company was billing twice at two prices on near-identical statement lines — a membership plus a separate "associate service" nobody remembered agreeing to. Untangling which was which, and cancelling each through its own channel, is exactly the kind of knot Concierge exists for.

— the founder's own fight, documented
📞

A chiropractic plan that could only be cancelled through the specific franchised clinic that signed you up — corporate can't do it, and they offer a "freeze" instead of a cancel hoping you'll take it. Knowing to say "cancel, not freeze," in writing, with confirmation, is the whole game.

— the founder's own fight, documented
All three are real, documented cancellations from our founder's own statement — the same fights behind the $7,771/yr and $4,685 above. Real customer stories will join them as they come in.

Questions people ask before booking

Do you get access to my bank?

Never. You run your own scan in your own browser, and on our call you share only your QuitSub results on the screen. We never see your bank login or your raw statement — there's nothing to hand over. It's help with the work, not access to your accounts.

What if one of them genuinely can't be cancelled?

Some cancellations need you personally (an account-holder in-person step, a contract term). If one truly can't be done through guidance, we tell you before you pay, leave it out of your price, and hand you the exact steps anyway.

How long does it take, and what am I actually signing up for?

It's a single guided session — we work through your list line by line in one sitting. The ones that cancel on the spot, you leave with the confirmation number in hand. The ones that can only be submitted — a mailed cancellation letter, a bank dispute — we file them with you during the session and hand you the reference details and exactly what to expect next. If one of those needs a quick nudge afterward — a follow-up email, a check-in a day or two later — we've got you; we don't just vanish on the hard ones. What it isn't is an open-ended engagement: no daily calls for weeks, and we don't sign on to monitor your statements until every last charge disappears. It's the session, plus follow-through to see the tough ones off — and follow-through has a shape: one round of chasing per item. If a vendor stalls past that round, we hand you the exact next step to take rather than leaving you guessing. Then it's done.

What does it cost?

It is quoted case by case, because there is no standard job — a five-year alarm contract with a balance owing is a different problem from a gym that wants a certified letter. You email us what you are up against, a person reads it and replies with what it would take, in writing, before anything starts. No deposit, no scheduler, no obligation. If you decline the quote you owe nothing, and if it is something you can finish yourself we will tell you that instead.

Is it actually worth it?

If you're bleeding real money every month, it pays for itself in about a month — then keeps paying, every single month after, because those charges are gone for good. And you never have to make the call you've been dreading.

What if they offer me a deal to stay?

They will — often up to ~50% off, a few free months, or a “pause” instead of a real cancel. It can feel like a win, but it’s usually a tactic to reset the clock, betting you’ll forget and drift back to full price. So before we make a single call, we walk your list together and you decide up front what to do with each one — cancel it outright, or take a discount only if it beats a bar you set. On the call we follow your plan and don’t get talked in circles. You’re always in control — but deciding in advance is what keeps a retention script from undoing what you came to do. And if you know you tend to cave to these offers, you can ask us up front to hold you to your plan — we’ll keep you honest and remind you why you’re here, and you can still stop us any time with a clear “keep it.”

Do I need to buy a scan too?

No. Concierge already includes a scan of your statements, and in the session we go through its results with you. A scan on its own ($49) is the do-it-yourself path; Concierge is a scan plus a real person who takes the ugly ones off your hands.
