QuitSub Concierge · Done with you

Some subscriptions are built so you can't quit them. We quit them with you.

The gym that only cancels by phone. The alarm contract hiding as two separate bills. The "Pro" plan that's secretly two plans. When a company makes leaving a fight, a real person from QuitSub sits down with you and works through them line by line in one guided session — the calls, the letters, the disputes — so each one's cancelled or formally filed and you walk away with the confirmations.

🔒 We never touch your bank login. You stay in control the whole time.
Why you haven't cancelled these yet

The cancellations designed to make you give up

Finding a subscription is the easy part. Some of them are engineered so that actually leaving is the hard part — which is exactly where most people quit trying, and the charges just… keep coming.

The phone-only trap

No cancel button anywhere — you have to call, sit on hold, and out-talk a rep whose entire job is to keep you: the "wait, here's 50% off" gauntlet. We make the call with you and hold the line until it's actually cancelled.

The locked contract

Alarm and "home service" contracts run 3–5 years, and walking away can mean paying the whole remaining balance — while reps push a "$99 transfer" instead of a real cancel. We know the actual exit, and the dispute route when they won't budge.

The hidden double-bill

One cryptic line on your statement is often two products at once — a plan plus a seat, or a membership plus an "associate" fee you never meant to buy. We untangle which is which and kill only the right ones.

The renewal ambush

Cancel a day late and you're locked in for another year. Meal kits, antivirus, annual plans — each has its own hidden cutoff. We time it so you don't eat one more charge on the way out.

What Concierge is

A real person, in your corner, live

Concierge is done-with-you, not done-to-you. We get on a screen-share, go through your list together, and take on the ugly ones — the calls you've been dreading, the cancellation letters, the bank disputes when a company just won't let go.

You watch it happen

You're on the call the whole time. We do the talking, the typing, the fighting — you stay in control and watch each one get handled, with the confirmation to prove it.

We never touch your bank

You run your own scan in your own browser. On our call you share only your QuitSub results on screen — never your bank login, never your raw statement. It's help with the work, not access to your accounts.

We take the hardest cases

The phone mazes, the retention scripts, the "you have to mail a letter" runarounds, the disputes. The ones you'd give up on are exactly the ones we're here for.

You leave with proof

We don't take "it's processing" for an answer. In the session we get each one cancelled or formally submitted and grab the confirmation number — a real cancel, not a "pause" that quietly keeps billing. You walk away with proof in hand, not a promise to chase it later.

How it works

From dreading it to done — in one session

1

Run your free scan

Drop in your statement and see everything you're paying, in minutes. Free, private, nothing uploaded.

2

Book a session

Tell us which ones you want gone. We quote you the exact price up front — no surprises.

3

We go live

On a call, we work down the list — making the calls, drafting the letters, dodging the retention traps, one by one.

4

You've got proof

You leave the session with a confirmation for each one we handled — cancelled or formally filed — and the bleeding stops. The money you just freed up is yours.

What it costs

Pay one month of what we cancel. Then keep every dollar.

No subscription, no retainer, no hourly meter running. One honest, one-time price — and it pays for itself almost immediately.

You pay about one month of the subscriptions we cancel together.
After that, every dollar is yours to keep.

Your price
one-time, quoted before any work starts
The math is simple: if we kill $400 a month of subscriptions with you, it's roughly $400, once — and you make that back in the very first month, then keep saving every month after. There's a $299 minimum that covers the live session and the hard cases. If your list runs long, we add $25 per subscription past the first ten — that's it, no other add-ons. You always get the exact number before any work starts.
A real-world example

You're bleeding $312/month across 9 subscriptions you want gone. Your Concierge price: ~$312, one time. By next month you're already ahead — and up ~$3,744 over the year.

Only subscriptions on your most recent statement count. If something genuinely can't be cancelled, we tell you up front and leave it out of the price. Concierge is a guided session — you're paying for the work of cancelling line by line with you and with your consent, not an open-ended engagement or a guarantee that every charge vanishes. Some cancellations (disputes, contracts) run on the company's own timeline after the session, and no one can guarantee their decision.

Questions people ask before booking

Do you get access to my bank?

Never. You run your own scan in your own browser, and on our call you share only your QuitSub results on the screen. We never see your bank login or your raw statement — there's nothing to hand over. It's help with the work, not access to your accounts.

What if one of them genuinely can't be cancelled?

Some cancellations need you personally (an account-holder in-person step, a contract term). If one truly can't be done through guidance, we tell you before you pay, leave it out of your price, and hand you the exact steps anyway.

How long does it take, and what am I actually signing up for?

It's a single guided session — we work through your list line by line in one sitting. The ones that cancel on the spot, you leave with the confirmation number in hand. The ones that can only be submitted — a mailed cancellation letter, a bank dispute — we file them with you during the session and hand you the reference details and exactly what to expect next. If one of those needs a quick nudge afterward — a follow-up email, a check-in a day or two later — we've got you; we don't just vanish on the hard ones. What it isn't is an open-ended engagement: no daily calls for weeks, and we don't sign on to monitor your statements until every last charge disappears. It's the session, plus reasonable follow-through to see the tough ones off — then it's done.

Is it actually worth it?

If you're bleeding real money every month, it pays for itself in about a month — then keeps paying, every single month after, because those charges are gone for good. And you never have to make the call you've been dreading.

Can't I just do it myself with Pro?

Absolutely — and for a lot of subs, you should. Pro ($79, one-time) gives you the exact cancel routes to do it yourself. Concierge is for when you'd rather not face the ugly ones alone, or you just want them off your plate for good.
