1. Agreement

By using QuitSub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

You provide a bank or card statement (a CSV) that is read in your own browser. QuitSub detects likely recurring charges and provides guidance on how to cancel or reduce them. Detection is a best-effort read of your data and may miss charges or misclassify them; cancellation steps are researched and kept current but can change without notice.

3. Not financial or legal advice

QuitSub is an informational tool. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and we are not your advisor. We do not guarantee that any charge is or isn't a subscription, that any amount is accurate, that any cancellation will succeed, or that you will save money. Always verify on the vendor's official billing page before you act, and keep your own confirmations. Decisions about your money and your subscriptions are yours.

4. No affiliation with the companies listed

QuitSub is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, card issuer, or the companies whose cancellation steps we describe. Company and product names and logos are the property of their owners and are used only for identification and comparison.

5. Plans and billing

The scan is free. Pro is a one-time purchase — you pay once through our payment processor (Stripe) and it's yours for good. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal: nothing recurring is ever charged, so there is nothing to cancel. (Yes — a tool about ending subscriptions refuses to make itself one. That's the whole point.) Prices may change for future purchases, but a price change never affects something you've already bought. Pro includes updates to the app and cancel-route data as we release them, on an ongoing best-effort basis; we do not guarantee updates for any specific period and may add, change, or discontinue features or route data over time. Concierge is a one-time, quoted service, described below.

6. Concierge

Concierge is done-with-you help: a real person guides you, live, through your own scan and works the tricky cancellations alongside you. You run your own statement in your own browser; we never take your raw bank data or your login (see our Privacy Policy).

How Concierge is priced. Concierge is a one-time fee, quoted from the subscriptions you ask us to help cancel. The fee is the greater of (a) one month of the combined cost of those subscriptions, or (b) a $299 minimum — plus $25 for each subscription beyond the first ten. Only subscriptions that appear on your most recent statement (roughly your last billing cycle) are eligible; a charge added after we begin is not part of the quote. We give you the number before any work starts and before you pay.

What you are paying for. Concierge pays for our time and guidance in setting your cancellations in motion, with you and with your consent — not for a guaranteed outcome. Some cancellations require you personally (an account-holder call, an in-person step, a contract term); where one can't be completed through guidance, we tell you up front and either leave it out of the quote or hand you the exact steps. Because the fee is for work performed at the time of the session, what a vendor does afterward — a retention hold, a re-bill, a dispute you finish yourself — does not change the fee. Concierge is best-effort guidance, not a guarantee of any result or of any specific savings.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to break, overload, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuitSub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost savings or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, note it on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
